For any KYSA member (born 2009 to 2002) seeking professional guidance to fulfill their potential regardless of ability or position.
What
Individuals will meet with Technical Director, Ciaran McMahon on three separate occasions to discuss their development pathway.
- An initial consultation will establish where you are and determine where you want to be. An individual development plan will then be tailored to your needs with resources to help you along your path.
- A formal follow-up meeting will take place within a 1-2 weeks to check-in on your progress and assess further direction / metrics (if required).
- A final assessment will help you measure your progress and determine next steps.
- Ongoing informal feedback & support.
Where
All sessions are meeting based and will be held at the KYSA office (or other convenient location to be arranged with the instructor).
When & How Much
- 3 Sessions
- Days and times to be coordinated and based on mutual availability
- Space is limited to the first 10 registrants
- Cost = $150
