The Employment Committee of KYSA conducts annual performance reviews with KYSA staff.
An invitation is extended to our membership to provide input to the Employment Committee regarding the performance of KYSA’s paid staff. Your input will be kept confidential amongst members of the Employment Committee, but will be used to deal with any issues that may need to be addressed with the employee in general terms. Similarly, any complimentary/positive remarks will be shared with the employee without mention of the source.
To encourage members to participate in the survey and share your valuable feedback, Purity Feed and KYSA have teamed up to support the BC Wildfire Recovery Fund. For each survey that is completed, $5 will be donated to this cause.
Please complete the KYSA Employee Feedback Survey by Friday, September 10th.
