Coach John Moon has been working with his daughter Megan Scott to coach her son Calvin Scott and the 2013 Boys in our Return to Play program throughout the summer and fall! John is a former KYSA Board member and long time community coach.

As part of National Coaches week, we want to give a shout out to all of our KYSA staff coaches who made our Summer Camps a success this year!
Our coaches showed up to the field with a positive attitude and did a fantastic job of working within our Return to Play guidelines. We were so lucky to be able to run our program and provide players with an opportunity to be active this summer.

We also want to give a shout out to Coach Luis! He is a fantastic ambassador for KYSA and we are missing him terribly this year. With the COVID travel restrictions he was unable to come back to Kamloops to join us on the field. We can’t wait to see you in 2021 Coach Luis!
